How does my new diffuser work?
Simply open the bottle and insert the reeds. The fragrance will immediately begin to wick up into the reeds, and it will naturally evaporate into the air.
Do I have to flip the sticks?
You do not need to flip the sticks for your diffuser to keep working, but if you want to get a fresh burst of fragrance, you may.
Can I light the sticks like I would a candle?
NO! Keep your ilio away from open flame.
Do you sell refills?
No, we do not offer refills for our fragrances at this time.
Do the diffusers contain alcohol?
No. Our diffusers are alcohol-free.
How many reeds should I use?
The choice is yours. We find that ilio looks and performs best when all 10 reeds are used.
How long should my Ilio diffuser last?
A 245 mL bottle should last 3-4 months, and a 100 mL bottle should last 4-6 weeks. Keep in mind that, because each fragrance blend is unique, evaporation rates may vary.
What happens if I spill the diffuser?
Don’t panic. Wipe up any spilled fragrance with a dry towel or cloth. Avoid contact of oils with furniture and fabrics as it may cause staining if not cleaned up immediately.
Do you sell directly to the consumer?

For wholesale orders, what is your minimum order and how does the product ship?
Our minimum order is 3 cases. ilio ships in cases of 6 units each, 1 fragrance to a case.
All of our orders ship via UPS ground.
Can I order additional diffusers to have available for customers to smell in my store?
Yes. We encourage retailers to order testers so that their customers can experience ilio for themselves. Testers are sent separately from the bulk shipments. Please contact us directly for more information about our tester program.
